Favorite Place on Campus
Definitely the Quad! You can do everything from catching up on homework in the sunshine to having a picnic with your friends and everything in between. The iconic Yoshino cherry trees are stunning when they bloom in the Spring, but shine beautifully all year round. As a former student, the Quad was my go-to place to relax in between classes.

Favorite Place off Campus
I love being outdoors and Seattleā€™s abundant parks are one of my favorite parts of the city. Specifically, Golden Gardens Park located on Puget Sound is one of the best beaches in the area. Golden Gardens hosts stunning views of the Olympic Mountains and it’s the perfect place to watch the sunset.

Why the UW?
“The University of Washington is a world class university that affords its students endless opportunities both during their college career and afterwards. Conveniently located in a city rich with opportunity, students can take their learning well beyond the classroom. This university is comprised of dedicated faculty and staff that steadfastly support student success, growth, and achievement. As a UW alum and lifelong Washington resident, the UW has had an exceptional impact on my life!”
