1. Enrollment options

A student who is inadmissible as a postbaccalaureate may still take advantage of many educational opportunities available at the UW for nonmatriculated enrollment.

2. Select a major

Postbaccalaureate applicants must select a major or academic goal on the application. Are you ready to do that?

3. Application Fee

U.S. students

It's $70, nonrefundable, and must be submitted each time you apply. It cannot be transferred to another quarter, to another campus, or to another student.

International students

The 80 USD application fee is non-refundable and must be submitted each time you apply.

4. Statement of purpose

The Statement of purpose is the most important part of the application for postbaccalaureate admission.

5. Send transcripts

Official transcripts are required from every college attended.

6. Nursing applicants

If you wish to be considered for ABSN program (which begins summer quarter) and the BSN program (which begins autumn quarter), you must submit two separate UW application forms, one for each program. Therefore, you must submit a UW application for summer quarter (ABSN) and a UW application for autumn quarter (BSN).
