Academic Planning Worksheets are a tool to help you look ahead toward UW requirements – in your major and for graduation – while you are still completing coursework at the college you are now attending.
How to Use the Worksheets
Print the worksheet for any major(s) you are considering and fill them out as you progress through your college work.
The worksheets are designed to be used in conjunction with other resources and, of course, advisers. Bring your worksheets and unofficial transcripts with you whenever you meet with an adviser at the UW or the college you are now attending.
Worksheets and the Application for Admission
Students are asked to complete the worksheet for their intended major as part of the University admission application.
Online: For those who apply online, the worksheets are converted into an online grid that is integrated into the application.
Applicants who use the PDF version of the application will download the worksheet they’ve been using for planning and mail it in along with the rest of the application.
