Important Reminders

International students can apply for either summer or autumn quarters. The application deadline for either summer 2009 or autumn 2009 is January 15, 2009. The application deadline applies to all international freshman, transfer, and postbaccaureate applicants, even those who are currently attending school in the U.S. We encourage applicants to apply early and to verify all admissions materials have been submitted.

All application materials must be mailed or postmarked on or before January 15, 2009. Applications sent from outside of the U.S. must be postmarked by January 15, but must also be received by the Office of Admissions no later than January 31, 2009.

Please be sure that your full legal name appears on all documents and that it is exactly the same on all correspondence and documents sent to the UW. Even a slight discrepancy can cause delays in processing your application and could result in documents not being filed with your application.
