Paper Application
The University of Washington expects all applications to be submitted online. If you are not able to submit an online application you can download, print, and send your application in the mail.
Student Athletes
Students who expect to participate in intercollegiate athletics are required to submit the necessary information to the NCAA Eligibility Clearinghouse
