How to Use the Worksheets
Print a worksheet for any major(s) you are considering and fill it out as you progress through your college work. The worksheets are designed to be used in conjunction with other resources and, of course, advisers. Bring your worksheets and unofficial transcripts with you whenever you meet with an adviser at the UW.
List courses you have taken, are taking, or plan to take before enrolling at the UW. List them as they appear or will appear on your transcript using the course number at the college where it is or was offered. Do not convert course numbers to UW equivalents.

The Academic Planning Worksheets were updated in July 2010 for the 2010-11 academic year. Curriculum revisions and program changes may occur while these worksheets are in circulation, so students should assume the responsibility of consulting appropriate departmental advisers for information about major requirements.
